Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry is open to all residents of Australia only. Employees and their immediate families of Fairfax Media Australia & New Zealand Pty Ltd and its associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. The competition commences on 12th of August 2014 at 10.00am (AEST) and concludes on 29th of August 10.00am (AEST). To enter, follow @essentialkids and @smiggle_ on an Instagram account set to ‘public’. Participants then upload a photo on the theme “something red”, tell us about your picture and tag #ekredsmiggle and @essentialkids and @smiggle_ in the comment/description section for their photo. Entry is then complete. Entrants must be at least 13 years of age. Entries submitted will be reviewed and the prize winners will be notified by Instagram after 3rd September 2014. Three images and comments that are judged the best and most creative entry will be deemed the winner. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be "tagged" in the comments by @essentialkids under the winning images to contact us to obtain postage details. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
