Who can enter the Valentine’s Day Giveaway?
Open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding directors, officers, management, employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter and associated agencies.

The competition runs from 9:00am (AEDT) on 12 February 2025 to 11:59pm (AEDT) on 16 February 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
How can one enter the competition?
Entrants must follow Koala on Instagram and TikTok and subscribe to receive email marketing communications from Koala via the landing page on their website. An additional entry can be gained by subscribing to receive SMS marketing communications from Koala.
What is the prize for the competition?
There is one (1) prize consisting of one (1) Cushy Sofa Bed, with the winner having the choice of color/fabric and size/variant. The prize includes standard delivery to the winner’s nominated address in Australia. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool is valued at up to $2,090 (including GST), depending on the chosen color/fabric and size/variant of the Cushy Sofa Bed.
Is there a limit on entries?
Yes, there is a limit of one (1) entry and one (1) additional entry per person.
How will the winner be selected?
The prize winner will be selected at random during a draw at the Promoter's office by 12:00pm (AEDT) on 17 February 2025. This is a game of chance, and all decisions are final.
How will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified by email by 12:00pm (AEDT) on 20 February 2025, and details on how to claim the prize will be included in that email. The winner's name may also be published on the Promoter's website.
What is the prize claim date?
The prize must be claimed by 11:59pm (AEDT) on 20 March 2025.
