Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entrants must be able to attend Patties Life of The Party event on 07 Nov 2018 at The Island Bar, Sydney.
Entrants from outside of NSW must be able to travel on 07 Nov 2018, returning 08 Nov 2018.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of NSW, QLD, SA, VIC and WA.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period, visit the Website, register their details and answer in twenty five
(25) words or less the question specified by the Promoter at the point of entry.
At the end of the Online Registration Period, the Promoter will judge all valid entries to determine one (1) Major Prize winner
and four (4) Minor Prize winners.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability, or as otherwise specified. Where
entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s) the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer and there may be a time
factor applied.

Major Prize package for the winner and 3 friends (all 18 years or older) to
attend the the Patties Life of the Party event in Sydney, consisting
of:
• 4 x tickets to the Patties Life of the Party event at The Island
Bar, Sydney on 7 November 2018;
• 1 x night minimum 3 star accommodation in Sydney on the
night of 7 November 2018;
• transfers between accommodation and the event;
• $1000 spending money for the winner only;
• if the winner is from outside NSW, they will also receive the
following for them and their 3 guests:
o return economy class flights from the winner’s nearest
Australian capital city to Sydney; and
o return transfers between Sydney airport and
accommodation.
Package will be booked by the Promoter in consultation with the
winner. Any unused value in the package after the booking is
completed will be forfeited.

Prize Restrictions As per Conditions of Entry. Unless the prize is a cash prize, prizes are not redeemable for cash. Not transferable.
Major Prize:
Travel must take place on the dates and at the times specified by the Promoter.
The winner must supply the Promoter will all information necessary to book travel for them and their travel companions by the
Prize Claim Date & Time. If a winner fails to supply all required information by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner will
forfeit their prize.
The Prize may require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter or by the Prize Provider. The Prize is subject to
booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated
with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including additional spending money, passport and visa
costs, additional transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the
winner. Unless otherwise specified, the winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using
the same air carrier. The winner and any travelling companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel
insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any alterations or
extensions to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the
expense of the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as relevant). The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay
or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any travelling companion(s)
(including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as relevant). The
winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any travelling companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate
immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter makes no representations about the travel
destination or government travel warnings to any overseas destination.
If a Prize includes participation by a winner's companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or
conditions specified by the Promoter, e.g. age restrictions, etc.
Notification of
Winners
Winner/s will be notified by phone and email on 29 Oct 2018.
Prize Claim Details Prize Claim Date & Time: 01 Nov 2018 at 17:00 AEDT
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize.
