Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Allow twenty-eight (28) days for delivery of prize following completion of verification process. Receipt of prizes to winners are subject to the express requirement that they submit to Sponsor all documentation requested by Sponsor to permit it to comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, local and foreign tax reporting and withholding requirements. This may require the submission of winner social security numbers for tax reporting purposes. All prizes will be net of any taxes Sponsor if required by law to withhold. All taxes imposed on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners, regardless of whether taxes have been so withheld. In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to submit the tax documentation requested by Sponsor or otherwise required by applicable law, to Sponsor or the relevant tax authority, all as determined by applicable law, including, where relevant, the law of the winner’s country of residence. The winners are responsible for ensuring that (s)he complies with all the applicable tax laws and filing requirements. If a winner fails to provide such documentation or comply with such laws, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternative winner.
CONDITIONS IMPOSED ON WINNERS: Potential winners will be notified by email within 2 business days after the Draw on or about June 9, 2021 and published within 7 business days and remain online for 30 days and may be required to execute and return a Confirmation of Eligibility Form and Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release (as applicable) within 14 days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period (3 months for Australia prize), or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable draw. An unclaimed prize draw for the Australian prize, if required, will be performed on September 10, 2021 at 10:00am AEST at the same location as the original draw. The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days and published within 7 business days in the same method as the publishing of the original winner and will remain online for 30 days. Winning entries will be announced on or around September 17, 2021 @Seagate Gaming social handles.

Administration of the Giveaway may require disclosure of your personal information to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and the Sponsor’s agents or third party service providers, including service providers located outside the country in which you are located. You acknowledge and accept such disclosure and that the third parties may not be subject to data protection laws that are of the same standard as the applicable data protection laws in your country. In the event of an inconsistency between these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Statement, these Official Rules shall prevail. Sponsor partners with third parties to administer and fulfill draws and may share your personal information with these third-party partners, who will handle the information according to their own privacy policies.
PUBLICITY: By participating, winning entrant grants to Sponsor and its designees the right to publish the winner's name (for example, first name and first initial of last name) and entry in connection with its status as a Promotion winner (including prize information), on a worldwide basis in perpetuity without further compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
By “Following” @SeagateGaming and @asususa (the “Brands”) on a social media platform, entrants acknowledge that they may receive content sponsored by or related to the Brands on the identified social channels and other means as permitted by the relevant online terms and privacy policies of the Brands, and entrants social media account settings as may be applicable, for as long as the Follow continues. All entrants are responsible for complying with all social media platform rules.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE DRAW: Should any portion of the draw be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the draw and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners for the draw(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable draw(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
