COMPETITION: Win a Styling Package from Emma-rose Design & Flooring Xtra
TERMS, CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the promotion is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are available, in full at www.flooringxtra.com.au
The Promoter is Flooring Xtra Pty Ltd trading as Flooring Xtra (“FX”).
1. Conditions of entry:
1. The promotion commences AEST 9:00am 13/7/2018 and ends at 5:00pm AEST on
31/8/2018 (“Promotional Period”).
2. This promotion is only open to residents within Australia.
3. Eligibility does not extend to:
1. Employees, employee’s immediate families or directors of Flooring Xtra
Australia and associated entities, and
2. Employees, employee’s immediate families or directors of Flooring Xtra
franchisees, and
3. Flooring installation contractors contracted by Flooring Xtra group companies
and franchisees, nor their immediate family members, and
4. The term “immediate family members” includes spouse, ex-spouse, de-factospouse,
child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother,
sister, step-brother or step-sister.
4. No entry fee is necessary to enter this promotion. Entry is via the Flooring Xtra
Website
5. 2. How to enter:
1. To enter you must upload a photo of the space you would like to have styled by
Emma-rose Design in the Flooring Xtra Competition Page and fill out the form on the
competition page
2. The entrant must gain any necessary permissions or rights to taking photographs used
to enter with the #myfxstyle.
3. Winners may waive their right to receive the prize. The Prize is non-assignable and
non-transferable. No substitution will be allowed.
4. Flooring Xtra Australia (and not Instagram, Facebook or Twitter) collects entrants’
personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested
is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. This promotion is in
no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram,
Facebook or Twitter.
5. Flooring Xtra Australia reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries
and entrants (including but not limited to an entrant’s identity, age, place and place of
residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the discretion of Flooring Xtra Australia.
Failure by Flooring Xtra Australia to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not
constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid.
7. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention
or fraud, Flooring Xtra Australia reserves the right, in its sole discretion to (a)
disqualify an entrant, or (b) terminate the promotion, as appropriate.
8. Flooring Xtra Australia will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected
entries or the failure to receive entries of any kind, including, without limitation,
malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with the
sender or receiver of the entries.
9. The entrants and winner consents to Flooring Xtra Australia using their name and
image as tagged with any or all of the tags, @flooringxtra_au @flooringxtraaustralia
and hashtag #myfxstyle to be published. This can be in any media for an unlimited
period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including
any outcome) and promoting any products/ services provided by Flooring Xtra
Australia.
3. The Prize
1. One (1) eligible winner will receive one digital moodboard (1), styling advice (1) and
a voucher (1) of $500 to be used instore or online on any Flooring Xtra products.
2. The prize awarded is not redeemable for cash value or any other cash in lieu method.
3. If the prize is unavailable, Flooring Xtra Australia, in their discretion, reserve the
right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specifications,
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
4. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any
broken or damaged products, during the delivery of the product or after it has been
delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
5. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and
agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss
(including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of
profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained
(whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this
promotion or accepting or using any prize.
4. The Winner
1. The applicant’s entries will be judged by the need for a makeover of the space uploaded
and creative responses.
2. The winner chosen and announced 7/9/2018 before 5pm.
3. The prizes will be sent out on the 21/9/2018.
4. The decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winner will be notified via email
6. The winner can collect their prize by providing Flooring Xtra Australia with their email
address. The prize package will be sent by email.
7. If the winner does not make contact to claim the prize within 7 days after receiving
notification, the prize will be allocated to another applicant.
