Period:
The Promotion opens at 12pm (AEST) on Monday 1 January 2018 and closes at
11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 9 February 2018. Late entries will not be accepted.
Who can enter: Entry is open only to Queensland residents over the age of 18 years.
How to enter: To enter, you must complete the entry/contact form via

All entrants must complete competition entry form prior to 11:59pm 9 February
2018 to be eligible.

Draw Date: The winners will be drawn on 12 February 2018. All eligible entries will be
allocated a number and a random number generator will select the winning entry.
Notification
Means:
The winner of the Promotion will be notified via Facebook and email by no later
than 5pm 14 February 2018.
Publication: The winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram
accounts on 12 February 2018.
Delivery of
Prizes:
Winners will be presented with their prize at their nearest nominated Your Local
Fruit shop participating store within 7 business days of the Draw Date.
? To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must fall within the criteria in the ‘Who can enter’
section of the Promotion Details Table. You must follow the requirements in the ‘How to enter’
section of the Promotion Details Table and submit any entry into the Promotion during the
Promotion Period. Entries submitted after the Promotion Period has closed will not be
accepted.
? It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in your entry,
including your contact details.
? Your entry must not include any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any
person (including intellectual property rights) or could be considered to be insulting,
inflammatory, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate.
? By submitting your entry, you agree that your entry becomes the property of the Promoter and
you grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and exploit all
intellectual property rights in your entry and agree to the Promoter doing anything to your entry
which may otherwise be an infringement of your moral rights.
? The winners of the Promotion will be drawn at random by the Promoter on the Draw Date.
Delivery of the Prizes will occur per the details in the ‘Delivery of Prizes’ section of the
Promotion Details Table. Where a Prize cannot be delivered in accordance with these terms
and conditions within 7 business days of the Draw Date (for example, due to an error in the
address details for the winning entry), the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the winner for
the relevant Prize in accordance with the methods contained in these terms and conditions.
? By entering this competition, you authorise and consent for Brismark to take photographs of
you and publish photographs with your name for any lawful purpose, including but not limited
to publicity, print, digital content and media.
? By entering this competition, you acknowledge that this Promotion is in no way sponsored,
endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You release
Facebook and Instagram from any and all claims which may arise in relation to this Promotion.

Promoter and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (which is available from

(a) the Promoter is the party collecting the information in this form. You can contact us at

(b) the Promoter may use the details it collects from you, including any email address you
give to us in relation to your participation in the Promotion:
(1) for your entry into the Promotion;

products, services, offers and events) which we consider may be of interest to
you, and any other purpose described in our Privacy Policy;
(c) some of the information we ask you to provide may be identified as mandatory or

section of the Promotion Details Table or the information you provide is incorrect or
incomplete then:
(1) we may not be able to accept your Promotion entry, your entry may be
disqualified, you will not be able to enter the Promotion, or we may be unable
to deliver your prize if you are a winner; and
(2) we will be unable to send you direct marketing communications (unless you
have consented to such communications through other dealings with us);

related to, or affiliated with, the Promoter, such as any organisation as expressly

(e) the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (detailed above) also sets out the process as to how you
