The Sweepstakes is only open to any individual who: Is not an employee of Air New Zealand, or its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other coordinating agencies involved in the development, implementation and distribution of the Sweepstakes, or an immediate family member or are living in the same household of such an employee. These Sweepstakes are void where taxed, restricted, or otherwise prohibited by law. HOW TO ENTER: All correct entries must be received by entering the sweepstakes online at www.tfsn.co/safetysafari between 6am on Thursday 14th May 2015 NZ Time and 11pm on Thursday 28th May 2015 NZ Time. There is a maximum of three (3) entries allowed per individual. Air New Zealand will not verify receipt of entries.  Incomplete entries will be voided. PRIZE: Air New Zealand will provide the winner and guest of the "Safety Safari" prize; One x Roundtrip flights for two (2) (the winner and one (1) "Guest") travelling on Air New Zealand or Air New Zealand codeshare partners from the airport from which Air New Zealand operates nearest the winner’s home town, to Los Angeles in Premium Economy. 2 hour surf lesson for two (2) with legendary big wave surfer Laird Hamilton in Malibu. Twin share/ double hotel accommodations for two (2) for five nights in 4-star accommodation in Santa Monica, Los Angeles. Rental car hire for 5 days (standard category). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is Ten Thousand Dollars. Actual value of the prize may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure location and destination.  Air New Zealand reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute and or modify the prize with a prize of equal or greater value with immediate effect at any time prior to the closing date of the Sweepstakes by advertising that fact.  Only one (1) prize is permitted per family or household. If the Winner resides in Los Angeles they are entitled to the full prize except the flights, and will instead receive roundtrip flights for two (2) to Auckland, New Zealand in Premium Economy, with no other additions.
