Who can enter the sweepstakes?
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Australia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, Volcom, LLC, and their respective current and future parents, subsidiaries, affiliate companies, and partners, as well as their respective officers, shareholders, employees, directors, licensees, agents attorneys, successors, assigns, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate.
When can they enter?
The sweepstakes begins at 09:00 a.m. Australian eastern standard time (AEST), on July 6th, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (AEST), on September 6th, 2023. Entries received after the sweepstakes period will not be eligible.
How can they enter?
Eligible participants can enter by visiting the website https://www.captainfin.com.au during the sweepstakes period and accurately completing the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided. They also must agree to the terms and conditions as stated in the rules, which can be found at the same website. An eligible participant can only enter the sweepstakes once.
What is the prize they can win?
There are multiple prizes that can be won including a Channel Island Twin Pin Surfboard, Mikey February Keel Fin Set, Captain Fin Leash, Captain Fin hat, Captain Fin Tee Shirts, and Captain Fin Surfboard Sock. Each winner can only win one prize pack. The total approximate retail value of all prizes awarded in this sweepstakes is $1,720.00 AUD.
Is there any purchase necessary to enter the sweepstakes?
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the sweepstakes. A purchase or payment will not increase the chances of winning.
How will the winners be notified?
Potential winners will be contacted by email, mail, phone, or direct message within two business days after the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within three days or fails to comply with the rules, the prize is forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
