Suzuki Australia is holding a Colouring-In Competition giving aspiring young riders aged between 6-12 years the chance to win their very own Suzuki DR-Z70 or QuadSport Z50 and $500 worth of riding apparel as a part of launching its FUN OUTDOORS sales promotion.
To enter, simply download the stencil by clicking "Download Stencil" below, colour in and submit a scanned copy along with signed parental consent form to motorcyclemarketing@suzuki.com.au or post to Motorcycle Marketing Po Box 84, Laverton, Victoria 3028 along with a signed parent/guardian consent form.
Entries will be judged on creativity and aestic merit, limited to one entry per person. Entries close on 24/11/2017 24:00 EDT.
Winner will be notified on the 1st December, 2017 and will also be announced on suzukimotorcycles.com.au and Suzuki Motorcycles Australia Facebook page on the 2nd December. In the event the winner has purchased a new unit during the Fun Outdoors promotion period, they may elect to receive a refund of the purchase price.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to
be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged between 6 and 12 years of age who have parental
or legal guardian consent to participate. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its
agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. The promotion is limited to Suzuki
dealerships that have been invited to participate in this competition.
3. The competition commences at 09:00 EDT on 11/9/2017 and closes at 24:00 EDT on 24/11/2017
(“Competition Period”). Entries received after 29th November 2017 will not be accepted.
4. To enter, participants must do the following during the Competition Period:
a) Download the stencil from suzukimotorcycles.com.au under Suzuki News tab
b) Colour in the stencil
c) Email a scanned copy of the coloured in stencil to motorcyclemarketing@suzuki.com.au or
post your entry to Motorcycle Marketing PO Box 84 Laverton Victoria 3028
d) Email or post the Parent/legal guardian signed consent form allowing child to enter the
competition period and complete your contact details. Consent form must be submitted with
entry
5. Limit applies of one (1) entry per person.
6. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be
judged individually on their merits based on creativity and aesthetic merit.
7. Judging will take place at 13:00 EDT on 1/12/2017 at 97-105 Cherry Lane Laverton North, Victoria 3026.
Entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
8. Prize consists of a either 1 x Suzuki DR-Z70 RRP ($2390) fun bike or QuadSport Z50 fun ATV, RRP
($2890). Plus 1 x helmet, goggle and gloves up to a retail value of $500 from the closest Suzuki Dealer
as determined by Suzuki Australia.
a. If the parent or guardian of winning child has purchased either 1 x Suzuki DR-Z70 RRP
($2390) fun bike, QuadSport Z50 fun ATV, RRP ($2890) or other Suzuki fun bike or ATV of
greater value for the winning child from a participating Suzuki Dealer during the competition
period, they may elect to receive a refund of purchase price, limited to the above costs, upon
proof of purchase. The refund may only be issued instead of the ATV or Bike.
b. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the
sole responsibility of the winner. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to registration,
insurance, taxes (excluding GST) and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the
winner.
9. The winner will be notified by phone and email on 1/12/2017. Winner will also be announced on
www.suzukimotorcycles.com.au and the Suzuki Motorcycles Facebook page on 2/12/2017. The winners
first and surname and city or town will be published along with a copy of the coloured in stencil.
10. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. However, if the Promoter has not
been able to contact the winner after making three attempts or by 8 December, whichever is later, the
prize will be forfeited by that person. Any forfeited prize will be withdrawn and awarded to the runner up.

11. Winner is responsible for the collection of the prize from your nearest Suzuki Motorcycle dealer as
determined by Suzuki Australia. Failure to collect within 30 days of delivery will be deemed as forfeiting
the prize.
12. Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding - no
correspondence will be entered into.
13. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may
substitute a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written
directions from the relevant authorities. Winner will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the
event that the prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other
information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this competition. Verification is at the
discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries and
parental consent forms may be deemed invalid.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the
winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the
negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
16. Before the prize is awarded, the winner may be required to sign an agreement to release the Promoter
from, and indemnify the Promoter against, any loss, damage or injury arising from the use or
participation in the prize, except to the extent any loss, damage or injury is due to the negligence or
wilful misconduct of the Promoter.
17. The winner accepts all risks associated with accepting and using the prize and will be responsible for
complying with all laws relating to use of the prize, including licence requirements.
18. Any personal property rights in entries are owned by the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected
and used for the purposes of conducting this competition (which may include disclosure to third parties
for the purpose of processing and conducting the competition) and for promotional purposes

19. If part or all of any clause of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, it will be severed, and the
balance of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and each entrant agrees to submit to
the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
