Who can enter the competition?
The competition is open to all residents of Australia who have fulfilled the requirements set out, except for employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, associated agencies and companies, Permitz Group Pty Ltd, contractors or individuals.
How to enter the competition?
Eligible Entrants may enter this competition during the Promotional Period (01/05/2023 to 31/05/23) by subscribing and signing up at stack.com.au to receive STACK’s emails. The Entrants must answer the question at www.jbhifi.com.au/tcl-googleTV. Entries must include all requested contact details and a 25-words-or-less answer to be eligible to win. Each entry must be unique and received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
When is the last day to enter the competition?
The last day to enter the competition is 31/05/23 at 11:59 PM.
What is the prize?
The prize on offer is one TCL 98” C735 4K QLED UHD Google TV, which has a total value of up to $5995 (Including GST), as at 01/05/23.
How many winners will be selected?
Only one winner will be selected.
When will the winner be selected and notified?
The winner will be selected on 09/06/2023 at 11:00 AM and notified by email. The winner's name will also be published online at www.jbhifi.com.au/tcl-googleTV for 90 days from the date of verification of the winner.
When will the prize be sent to the winner?
The prize will be sent within 8 weeks from the date of verification of the winner.
Can an entrant submit multiple entries?
No, only one entry per person will be permitted. Entrants found to be submitting multiple entries may have all entries invalidated.
Are there any further terms and conditions?
Yes, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend this competition if necessary, and disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process or any other aspect of this competition. The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable or responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems of the phone or of any phone network, or any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur.
