Who can enter the Giveaway?

Entry is open to residents of all Australian States and Territories aged 18 years or over. Employees of Amart Furniture, their immediate family members, retailers, suppliers, and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.

When does the Giveaway close?

The giveaway closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 26th August 2024.

How can one enter the Giveaway?

To enter the giveaway, participants must:
1. Visit [https://www.amartfurniture.com.au/competition.html](https://www.amartfurniture.com.au/competition.html) and enter through the banner prompt, or
2. Scan the QR code on promotional material at Amart Furniture Stores, or
3. Click on a paid social advertisement.
4. Complete the entry form and provide all mandatory information.
5. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click submit.

What prizes can be won?

The prize is a Thanos Dining Suite in Black/Marble and Cream, valued at $2,999. This includes:
- 1 x Thanos 1600 Ceramic Top Dining Table in Black/Marble
- 6 x Fidel Dining Chairs in Cream

What is the total prize pool amount?

The total prize pool amount is $2,999 (including GST).

How is the winner selected and notified?

The winner will be selected by an electronic random draw on 29th August 2024 at 12 PM AEST at 41 Brickworks Place, Rochedale QLD 4123. The winner will be notified via email on the same day. The winner's name and city of origin will be published on the Amart Furniture website within 30 days of the draw date.

What happens if the prize is unclaimed?

If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place on 30th September 2024 at 12 PM AEST at the same location. The winner of the unclaimed prize redraw will be notified via email on the same day.
