The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants(including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrantwho submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or whotampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter'sdiscretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does notconstitute a waiver of those rights.4. Entrants may only enter into the prize draw once during the Promotional Period.5. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in itssole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.6. The competition commences at 7.00am AEST on Thursday 11th July 2019 and concludes11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 31st July 2019. Entrants who complete and submit a validentry form via the Tony Ferguson website: https://www.tonyferguson.com/win-athermomix/ within the Promotional Period will be entered into the draw.7. The entries for the draw will be exported and encrypted for the purposes of entering theinformation into a logic engine which will draw the winner at random. An independentscrutineer will witness the random selection of the encrypted identifier and the independentlookup of the encrypted identifier to the original list of entrants.8. The draw will take place at the Brisbane Head Office of TW&CM Pty Ltd, Ground Level, 50Park Road, Milton QLD 4064 on Monday 5th August 2019 between 9:00am and 5:00pmAEST. The first valid entry drawn on Monday 5th August 2019 will win one (1)Thermomix pack, valued AU$2089, which includes one (1) Thermomix TM5, one (1)Thermomix Cookery with 5000+ recipes and one (1) Thermomix Hardcover Basic Cookbookwith 100+ recipes. The winner will be notified by telephone or in writing by mail or emailwithin two (2) working days of the draw. The Promoter's decision is final and nocorrespondence will be entered into.9. The winner is responsible for providing valid contact details for communication and liaisingwith the Promoter to coordinate the delivery of the prize to the winner.10. If for any reason a prize is not claimed by the time determined by the Promoter in its solediscretion or the Promoter is unable to contact the winner, a redraw for the prize will takeplace on Monday 12th August 2019 at the same time and place as the original draw, subjectto any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified by phoneand in writing by mail or email within two (2) business days of the re-draw. The prize drawprocess in Clause 8 will be repeated if there are any subsequent redrawsrequired.11. The total prize pool for the competition is AU$2089. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize,are not transferable or exchangeable. The prize must be taken as offered. Any prize, unusedportion of any prize, or portion of the prize that the prize winner is not entitled to, is notexchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with anyother special offer. Prize values are in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts noresponsibility for any variation in the prize values.12. Subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter, in its solediscretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize with a prize equal tothe value and/or specification.13. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves theright to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or suspend or modify a prize,subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.14. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice inthe event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in anymedia, including social media, for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purposeof promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any productsmanufactured, distributed and/or supplied by thePromoter.15. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted asreasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter,the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:(a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatoryauthority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
