When and how will the winner be drawn and notified?
The winner will be drawn at 11:00am on 14th December 2021 at promoter’s offices at Suite 1203, 200 Mary Street, Brisbane City, Queensland via a random, computerized drawing system. The promoter will notify the winner by email within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner does not claim the prize within one month after the prize notification email is sent, the promoter will redraw a new winner.
What happens to personal information that is disclosed during the Lüp competition?
By entering the competition, entrants agree that the promoter may use or disclose any personal information they disclose to the promoter for the primary purpose of conducting the competition, any purpose secondary to the primary purpose, direct marketing by the promoter and third parties. The promoter will handle entrants’ personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
What are the terms of entry into the Lüp competition?
The terms of entry into the Lüp competition are that entry is free and entrants must be Australian or New Zealand residents who are aged 18 years or more and have completed, in full, the entry form provided by the promoter. Promoter’s employees (and immediate family members of promoter’s employees) are not eligible to enter. The promoter may, in its sole discretion, withhold the prize until the winner provides to the promoter proof of residency and identification to the promoter’s satisfaction (in its sole discretion). A person may only enter the competition multiple times if, for each additional entry, the person purchases an item or ticket to a different event from the promoter (or where the entry form allows free ticket holders to enter, the person must hold a free ticket to a different event), and each additional entry complies with the requirements specified in clause 2.1(b). The promoter may disqualify entries that do not comply with the eligibility requirements specified in clause 2.1(a), do not produce proof of residency or identification to the promoter’s satisfaction (in its sole discretion), are incomplete or incomprehensible, or that the promoter has reason to believe has breached the terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct.
