This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Hachette Competition, which offers the chance to win a Toni Jordan book pack consisting of two titles. The competition is open to Australian residents who are at least 16 years old, subject to some exceptions. To enter, participants must submit their details through the competition tab on the Hachette website. Multiple entries are allowed, but each person is only eligible to win one prize. The winner will be selected based on the most original or creative entry from all valid submissions received. The winner will be contacted by email within three days of judging, and they must accept the prize as arranged with Hachette. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected. The prize is not transferable, and winners are responsible for any taxes and expenses incurred as a result of accepting the prize. Hachette and any affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during or as a result of participation in the competition or the use of the prize. By entering, participants grant Hachette and its affiliates the right to publish their entry and name and take and publish photographs and/or footage of them for promotional purposes. Personal information collected as part of the competition will be used by Hachette in accordance with its privacy policy. Entrants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and any reasonable conditions of use of the prize. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
