Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over.
Entrants aged between 13 and up to but not including 18 years must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Woolworths and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences at 9am AEST on 31/08/2015 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 27/09/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) purchase, in a single transaction, any two (2) Smith’s and/or Doritos products from a participating Woolworths store in Australia (“Eligible Purchase”). For the purpose of this promotion, a participating Woolworths store is any store in Australia that stocks Smith’s and/or Doritos products during the Promotional Period, and then
b) visit the promotional website at www.smithspromo.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including their first and last name, a valid email address, mobile phone number, their full residential address, the two (2) barcodes from the Smith’s and/or Doritos products purchased and the unique Woolworths receipt number of the Eligible Purchase) and submit the fully completed entry form so that it is received during the Promotional Period.
PRIZES:
The first valid entry drawn in each Weekly Draw will win a 2015 Toyota RAV4 GX 2.0L Petrol, five (5) door wagon with Automatic transmission (“Car Prize”). Total prize value is up to AU$33,846.16 including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State). Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, try to accommodate the winner’s colour preference (excluding metallic options), subject to availability. Winners must collect the prize from their nearest authorised Toyota dealership.
The next twenty-five (25) valid entries drawn in each Weekly Draw will each win a $100 Woolworths WISH Gift Card.
