TERMS AND CONDITIONS JUMP STAR TRAMPOLINES
Win a Rectangle Trampoline worth $1000 Competition
1.Promotion Description: By participating in this game of skill contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter and Sponsor being JUMP STAR TRAMPOLINES. The Promoter will be responsible for ensuring the winner receives their prize(s).
2. Facebook and INstagram Disclaimer: Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or INstagram.
3. Dates: starts Saturday 21st October 2017 at 12.01am and ends Monday 6th November 2017 at 11.59pm WST time.
4. The Prize: Jump Star Trampolines (the sponsor) will provide to one winner: One 8x12ft rectangle trampoline with enclosure, ladder and basketball hoop kit with delivery to the winners door- total prize valued at $1000.
5. This prize includes delivery to any residential address in mainland Australia. There are no delivery charges incurred by the winner.
6. The winner, in accepting the prize, agrees to having his or her name published on the participating Facebook page & Instagram page of the competition. He or she will also agree to responding to the posts congratulating the winner
7. This competition is open to legal residents of Australia.
8. Privacy: By agreeing to sign up to our newsletter in this competition, you are providing your details to Jump Star Trampolines. Your email address may be used for future marketing purposes by Jump Star Trampolines. By entering, you agree to receive this communication. You may opt out of, or Unsubscribe from these emails at any time. Your private information will not be shared with any other companies, and is not being collected by Facebook.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Game Of Skill or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the competition and/or selection process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
10. The prize will be drawn at Jump Star Trampolines, 357 Sevenoaks street, Cannington WA on Tuesday 7th November 2017. Winner will be contacted by email, Facebook or Instagram. The winner’s name will be announced on Jump Star Trampolines Facebook page {www.facebook.com/JumpStarTrampolines }. The winner will have 48 hours from this date to claim their prize.
