Win a Trek Road Bike - CHOOSE YOUR WEAPON Terms & Conditions ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open to all residents of Australia, who are signed up to the Trek Australia & BikeExchange newsletter by the end of the campaign period of January 11 – February 15, 2016. Employees of Trek or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners). TO ENTER: Fill in the entry form to sign up to the Trek Australia & BikeExchange newsletter. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Trek & BikeExchange reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Only one entry per person is eligible for the prize. TIMING: This competition runs from 12.00:01am EST on 11th January 2016. The closing date of this competition is 11.59:59pm EST on 15th February 2016. Entrant details must be saved in the database system no later than the closing date. USE OF DATA: Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition could be used for future Trek & BikeExchange marketing activity. SELECTION OF WINNERS: The winner (1) will be drawn randomly from all entrants and overseen by a panel of three judges on 17th February 2016 at 12:00pm EDST at Trek Bicycle Corporation. The panel of judges will include at least one independent member. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm on 17th February 2016 and publicised in The Australian newspaper on 20th February, 2015. REDRAW: If the prize is not claimed by the initial winner by 1st April 2016 at 5:00pm EST, the prize will be redrawn. The winner (1) will be drawn randomly from all entrants and overseen by a panel of three judges on 3rd April 2016 at 12:00pm EDST at Trek Bicycle Corporation. The panel of judges will include at least one independent member. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm on 3rd April 2016 and publicised in The Australian newspaper on 8th April 2016. PRIZE: The prize is a Trek road bike up to the value of $10,000 AUD. Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash. WINNERS LIST: The winner consents to their name being made publicly available. The winners’ names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request. OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Trek’s decision shall be final.
