Employees (and their immediate families) of the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

To enter, entrants must have submitted a valid email address to Rodd & Gunn and completed the entry form online at roddandgunn.com. Only one entry is permitted per person. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

All entries become and remain the property of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (Rodd & Gunn).

Winners of the competition must be 18 years old and over and residents of Australia or New Zealand.

The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

The prize may not be sold, offered for sale or used in conduction with any other competition or promotion.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. Prize cannot be exchanged for another itinerary. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

Prize cannot be gifted to other persons in lieu of the winner not being able to travel. Should the winner not be able to complete all aspects of the itinerary within the period of prize validity, the remaining items shall be forfeited without any replacement for their value.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.

Closing date to enter this competition will be Sunday February 18th, 2018. After this time, no further entries will be permitted.

All email submissions will be added to the Rodd & Gunn marketing database and shared with brand partners mentioned.

Travel dates for this competition are 28th February – 5th March, 2018. Rodd & Gunn will handle all travel arrangements (Flights / Accommodation / transfers)
