What are the prize details for this competition?
Win a trip and up to $5,000 USD! - To enter the Contest, you must be a female between the ages of 18 and 28 years of age as
of the Contest Start Date.
During the Original Submissions Period, you may access the Contest site (“Contest
Site”) in one of the following ways:
a. Visit the official Roxy website at http://www.roxy.com and follow the links to the
Contest Site; or
b. Visit the official Roxy Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/Roxy or select
regional official Roxy Facebook pages and follow the links and instructions to the Contest Site.
Entrants must be registered users of Facebook in order to enter the Contest. Certain other websites
offering the Contest Site may require entrants to register or create a user account. Entrants must comply
with any and all applicable terms and conditions of use for websites offering the Contest Site.
Once the Contest entry page is accessed, you must follow the instructions to complete all required
information fields on the online registration form. Once the online registration form has been completed,
you must then submit one of the following: (i) upload one (1) original video of yourself, up to 60 seconds
in length, explaining “how you dare yourself” (each a “Video Entry”), or (ii) upload three (3) photographs
of yourself and one (1) essay of 150 words or less (entered electronically via the entry page) explaining
“how you dare yourself” (each a “Photo Entry”). Video Entries and Photo Entries may hereinafter be
referred to as “Original Submissions”. Video Entries exceeding 60 seconds in length will only be judged
on the first 60 seconds. By entering the Contest, you agree that Sponsor may post your Original
Submission and Final Submission (if applicable) online for any purpose associated with the Contest,
including but not limited to public voting purposes, and may use all or any portion of the Original
Submissions and Final Submissions for any of the purposes specified in these Official Rules, including,
but not limited to, the purposes specified in Section 11 of these Official Rules. All Original Submissions
must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on March 28, 2013 to be eligible.
A total of five (5) Winners (one (1) Winner per Region) will be selected to win the
Grand Prize. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive: the opportunity to enter into an independent
consulting services agreement (“Prize Agreement”) with Sponsor to provide consulting and endorsement
services for the Sponsor’s “Roxy” brand for a period of up to six (6) months. The Prize Agreement will
be terminable by Sponsor and Winner at any time for any reason or no reason at all. The Prize
Agreement includes, but is not limited to, the opportunity for Winner to: (i) receive up to $5,000 USD
depending upon the actual duration of the Prize Agreement, (ii) travel to one (1) Roxy-sponsored event
determined and designated by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, (iii) receive Roxy merchandise with a retail
value of $1,000 USD, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and (iv) participate in certain other
Roxy promotional and marketing activities determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. The terms and
conditions of the Prize Agreement shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate
retail value of the Grand Prize to be received by each Grand Prize Winner will vary depending on a
number of factors, including the Roxy-sponsored events in which Winner participates, hotel, airfare and
other travel related costs to be paid or provided by Sponsor in connection with any travel requested by
Sponsor and actually undertaken by a Grand Prize Winner, and the actual duration of the Prize
Agreement, as determined in accordance with the Prize Agreement.
