1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant.

3. One (1) entry per person.
4. The Promoter is Bstore Pty Ltd trading as Bstore ABN 34008745051, 2/208 Stirling Hwy Claremont WA 6010.
5. Employees of Bstore, suppliers, agencies and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
Duration of the Promotion
6. The promotion will commence at 12:00AM (AWST) on 7 November 2019.
7. The promotion will close at 11:59PM (AWST) on 31 December 2019.
How to Enter
8. To qualify for the draw, persons must visit www.bstore.com.au/where-will-your-birkenstocks-take-you and complete the 25 words or less entry form by 11:59PM (AWST) on 31 December 2019. No extensions permitted.
9. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of the prize winner selection.
10. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters.
11. Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or incomprehensible or which infringe intellectual property rights will be deemed invalid.
12. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the promotion period.
13. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
14. Any costs associated with accessing the promotion are the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
Prize Details:
15. One winner will be selected as the winner of the competition.
16. The prize includes a AUD $10,000 Travel Gift Card, with the Promoter’s Travel Provider of Choice. The Travel Gift Card may be provided in the form of a physical gift card or e-card.
17. The Travel Gift Card can be redeemed at participating stores associated with the Promoter’s Travel Provider of Choice.
18. The nominated prize winner must take the prize as offered. The prize is non-transferable / nonexchangeable / non-replaceable / non-upgradeable / non-changeable / non-redeemable / non-refundable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, gift cards, traveller’s cheques, cash passports or any other form of currency.
19. The nominated winner needs to be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid passport and have obtained any required visas prior to travel.
20. The Travel Provider’s Gift Card and General terms and conditions apply to the prize.
21. Incidental expenses that are not purchased at the point of voucher redemption are not part of the prize. This may include out of pocket expenses including meals, beverages, laundry services, spending money, transfers, additional accommodation due to flight schedules, optional excursions, tipping, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs not expressly provided.
22. The Travel Gift Card can only be applied up to the maximum amount loaded onto the card which is unspent at the time of use. At the time that the prize is claimed, this will be AUD$10,000. Where the cost of the booking or purchase exceeds the available balance, the nominated winner is responsible for paying the remainder by another payment method. This excess does not form part of the prize.
23. The Travel Gift Card may be redeemed in whole or part during the validity period. Where used in part, no change will be given. Any unused balance remaining at the time of expiry will be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.
24. The Prize is valid for use within 3 years from the date of issue, which will fall in January 2020.
25. Prize winner is responsible for making their own way to/from departing airport.
26. Any excess baggage and incidental items purchased on board will be the cost of the nominated prize winner.
27. All travel costs that are not able to be purchased using the Travel Gift Card are the sole responsibility of the nominated prize winner and must be borne by the nominated prize winner.
28. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or the items that it may be used to purchase.
29. If the nominated prize winner does not accept any element of the prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the nominated prize winner with a substitute prize and no cash or credit will be awarded in lieu of the prize.
30. All components of a prize must be taken together when offered or are forfeited.
31. Prize and the booking of the prize is subject to the Promoter’s Travel Provider of Choice standard booking terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of any other third-party suppliers providing the services constituting the prize.
32. Any passes, tickets or vouchers issued as part of the prizes are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use and any tickets or passes are only valid for the use within the standard duration on the passes or tickets issued or the duration of the chosen prize, whichever is earlier.
33. In acceptance of the prize, the nominated prize winner acknowledges that they and their travel companion may incur on-going travel-related costs associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of the nominated prize winner and / or their travel companion.
34. Bookings shall be accepted subject to availability and the Promoter or third-party suppliers reserve the right to offer alternative dates and / or itineraries.
35. The prize is subject to availability at time of booking and if the airfare or accommodation dates are not available, alternatives will be provided. Booking is subject to the Promoter’s, the Promoter’s Travel Provider of Choice, and third-party suppliers’ terms and conditions including cancellation fees. Once booked, cancellation and change fees may apply if date changes are made to the booking by the nominated prize winner. Any such fees are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
36. It is a condition of the prize that the nominated prize winner takes out Travel Insurance for the duration of any travel taken with the prize at a level that is appropriate to their needs, that of their travel partners, and of the type of travel they are undertaking. The winner of the prize agrees to provide the Promoter with confirmation of this insurance. The Promoter is not responsible for this insurance or the prize winners cover in anyway.
37. Booking must be made through the Promoter’s nominated Travel Provider of Choice.
38. Travel costs may fluctuate due to time of year trip is taken, in relation to high and low seasons. The value of this prize, itinerary and inclusions is set at AUD $10,000 and is correct at the time of printing.
39. The terms and conditions and prize is subject to change at any time. Any changes between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
Prize Draw
40. There will be one (1) nominated prize winner and the selection is final.
41. The draw will take place at 10am AWST on 9 January 2020, at Bstore, 2/208 Stirling Hwy Claremont WA 6010.
42. All entries entered via www.bstore.com.au/where-will-your-birkenstocks-take-you will be reviewed with a winner selected by the Bstore Leadership Team. The selection is final.
43. The winner will be chosen by the Promoter based on the creativity shown in the response.
Notification of Winner
44. The nominated prize winner will be notified in the week commencing 9 January 2020 by email and telephone number provided with entry.
45. The nominated prize winner’s details will be published on the competition webpage on the 13 January 2020 at www.bstore.com.au/where-will-your-birkenstocks-take-you.
46. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Prize Draw.
No Liability
47. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: (i) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information; (ii) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or made other than as directed in the entry instructions; (iii) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software; (iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website; (v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition; (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or (viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
48. The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except to the extent directly caused by the Promoter’s negligence. The nominated prize winner(s) and his or her guests (if any), must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of a prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
49. These conditions do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.
Unclaimed Prize Draw
50. The nominated prize winner will have until 10am AWST on 17 January 2020 to claim the prize.
51. If the nominated prize winner is unable to accept a prize or declines to participate in the prize, or if the prize has not been claimed by the prize winner, the Promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw and select an alternative winner.
52. The unclaimed prize draw for the unclaimed prize will occur at 3pm AWST on 17 January 2020 at Bstore, 2/208 Stirling Hwy, Claremont WA 6010.
