Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this
Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the
prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who
consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of
the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the
prize (if applicable).
7. Maximum Number
of Entries

Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, however, entrants may only win one (1)
prize each.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register
their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question: “why do you want to
see P!nk live in London”
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details,
complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25
words or less the question: “why do you want to see P!nk live in London”.
Each valid Website and Nova Player App Entry will be individually judged by representatives of the
Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
Selection of Selected Entrant/s
At various times during the Promotion Period representatives of the Promoter will:
(a) select up to ten (10) entrant/s judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging
Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted up until that
stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant);
(b) invite the Selected Entrant/s to participate in an On-Air Challenge (as described below) at times
notified to the Selected Entrant/s;
(c) for the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will invite the Selected Entrant deemed to have
submitted the ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria) from all Selected Entrant/s to participate
in the On-Air Challenge first, and will invite the Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the
next ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria) to participate in the On-Air Challenge next, and
so on, until a Selected Entrant is deemed a winner of the relevant contesting spot and/or awarded
a prize.
On-Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will have a pre-determined question for each contesting spot (Question);;
(b) up to two (2) Selected Entrants will be invited to appear on air at the same time;
(c) the first Selected Entrant (First Selected Entrant) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion) will be asked to answer the pre-determined Question;
(d) the First Selected Entrant can elect to answer the Question, or they can nominate the second
Selected Entrant (Second Selected Entrant) to answer the Question on their behalf;
(e) If the First Selected Entrant elects to answer the Question themself, and answers it correctly (as
determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), or, if the First Selected Entrant
nominates the Second Selected Entrant to answer the Question on their behalf, and the Second
Selected Entrant answers incorrectly (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute
discretion), the First Selected Entrant will be awarded a Prize;
(f) If the First Selected Entrant elects to answer the Question, and answers it incorrectly (as
determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), or if the First Selected Entrant
nominates the Second Selected Entrant to answer the Question, and the Second Selected Entrant
answers correctly (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), the Second
Selected Entrant will be awarded a Prize.
The Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to Selected Entrants
during a contesting spot however, the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
The Promoter will select up to one (1) Selected Entrant in total (throughout the Promotion Period)
judged to have won the On Air Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute
discretion) and that Selected Entrant a Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions Guesses must be made on-air
Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any
other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home
phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for a prize (Personal Contact Number) and
each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live
on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
Between 10am AEDT and 4pm AEDT on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air
or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a prize
(where applicable).

For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a prize.
10. Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 10am AEDT Friday 24 February 2023 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter
may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.

The winner will be awarded one (1) prize including:
• AUD $8,000 cash (to cover cost of flights, accommodation, transfers & spending money); and,
• 2 x ‘Gold’ Tickets to P!nk’s Summer Carnival Tour 2023 on 24 June 2023 at Hyde Park, London,
UK (Event)
13. Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the prize on 24 June 2023 in
Hyde Park, London, UK. Dates and schedules of the prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are
subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes. The
Promoter is not involved or in any way responsible for the Events. In the event the Event is cancelled,
the Prize winner will not be entitled to any alternative Prize or compensation from the Promoter.
Winners and their companions must adhere to any government requirements and entry requirements
of the relevant venue for the Event, including but not limited to compliance with vaccination
requirements, and any other covid-safety measures in place at the time of the Event. The Promoter is
not responsible if the winner and/or their companion is refused entry into the venue for the Event or
flight/accommodation for any reason.
Valid current passport is required
Entrants must be the holder of a valid, government-issued current passport.

The prize will be emailed to the winner's nominated email address by the Promoter or prize provider of
the Promotion.
18. Additional
Conditions
Winners and their companion are responsible for checking state and federal government, health
authority and travel advice websites to stay up to date with the latest travel requirements and
restrictions including vaccination, testing and quarantine requirements. The Promoter is not responsible
for any such restrictions which may affect the Prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations in connection with government mandated
lockdowns, quarantine or isolation restrictions, costs associated with quarantine or isolation as a result
of redeeming the the Prize, or as a result of the incapacity of the winner or their companion to travel or
attend an Event for any other reason. The Promoter is not responsible if the Prize is unable to be used by
the winner for any reason outside of the Promoter’s control, and the Promoter is not required to provide
an alternative Prize to the winner.
The winner will be responsible for booking all accommodation and any required transfers to and from
the airport, and to and from the Event. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes,
delay or rescheduling of travel, activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including,
without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its
companions.
The winner and any travelling companions (if applicable) are responsible for obtaining travel
insurance, all necessary documents to travel to the relevant country (including a current passport and
visas, if required) and any vaccinations, including COVID vaccinations.
The winner and any travelling companions (if applicable) are responsible for arranging (and paying
for) any COVID-19 tests required to travel, and the Promoter is not responsible for any costs involved or
arising out of the winner or their companion’s inability to travel due to the results of such tests.
The winner should consult the Embassy or Consulate of the relevant travel destination for up-to-date
information to ensure they can obtain the required visa prior to travel, and satisfy all other
requirements, in order to accept the Prize. If the winner and/or their companions are unable to obtain
a relevant visa or travel document, is unable to satisfy vaccination requirements, returns a COVID-19
test result that prevents them from travelling, and/or is refused entry into the relevant country, the
Promoter is not responsible.
Winner and companions may be required to sign an indemnity and release form if requested by the
Promoter before accepting the Prize.
