Win a trip for 2 to Bali! - WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older (Entrants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEDT) on 15/12/2015 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31/3/2016 (Promotional Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, go to the promoter’s website at www.travelzoo.com/au/win (Promotional Website) or the Promoter’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/TravelzooAU (Promotional Page) and fully and correctly complete and successfully submit the online entry form in the manner required, including providing the Entrant’s full name, current and valid email address and postcode of their ordinary residential address.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Any subsequent entry of an Entrant after the first valid entry is received from that Entrant will be deemed invalid.
PRIZE:
The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Promotional Period will win one (1) Trip to Bali prize, valued at up to $8,500.00, redeemable for travel before 31 March 2017 for the winner and one (1) companion, comprising of the following elements:
Two (2) adult return economy airfares to Denpasar Bali, Indonesia from the Australian capital city airport closest to the ordinary residential address of the winner (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
Four (4) nights’ accommodation at the Ayana Resort and Spa in Bali (twin share) (or similar); and return transfers to and from the destination airport and the destination hotel.
Total maximum prize value is $8,500.00. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings. The prize value is the recommended retail price including GST (if applicable).
