Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. The competition is Eligible for
Australian & New Zealand Residents only. INTU WELLNESS, Hotel Komune Bali and
participation brands employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
Terms and Conditions apply. Valid until 2023 excludes Peak Season 20 December 2023 –
05 January 2024, Please reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance. Room
confirmation is subject to availability, certificate provided to the winner must be provided
upon check in. This certificate cannot be redeemed to cash and is non-transferable
without prior confirmation from the holder.

competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the phone number and email address
provided on 2nd March 2023. INTU WELLNESS will make two attempts to contact the winner
via email and phone, the second attempt will be made on the 28th March 2023.
If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 20 days of the
second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and INTU WELLNESS reserves the right to
select and notify a new winner.
Delivery of the Prize
The winner will be sent an email via INTU WELLNESS & Hotel Komune Bali. The Holiday Pack
will be sent directly to the winner.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be
used by INTU WELLNESS & Hotel Komune Bali for the purposes of administering the
competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing
hello@intuwellness.com.
If requested by INTU WELLNESS & Hotel Komune Bali, the winner agrees to release their first
name to any other competition participants.
The winner's first name may be used to announce the winner on INTU WELLNESS & Hotel
Komune Bali website and social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
INTU WELLNESS & Hotel Komune Bali accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or
disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being
selected for a prize.

INTU WELLNESS & Hotel Komune Bali reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice,
to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
