Immediate familymeans any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child(whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent,uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.Entries into the promotion open on Monday 29/04/2019 and close at 11:59pm AESTon Sunday 21/07/2019 (“Promotional Period”). All times referred to herein are AESTas applicable in NSW.To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Fisherman’s Friend product froma Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period. A participating retailer is anyretailer nationally that displays advertising material for the promotion (“ParticipatingRetailer”). A full list of Participating Retailers can be found atwww.winwithfishermansfriend.com.au.To enter, individuals must then visit www.winwithfishermansfriend.com.au, follow theprompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details, upload a copy of theirpurchase receipt and submit the fully completed entry form during the PromotionalPeriod. For every Fisherman’s Friend product purchased, individuals will be eligible tosubmit one (1) entry into the draw. For example, if an individual is to purchase three(3) Fisherman’s Friend products in a single transaction, they will be eligible to submitthree (3) entries into the draw, subject to each entry being submitted separately and inaccordance with entry requirements.Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof ofpurchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may,in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’sentries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specifythe store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Periodbut prior to entry.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries andentrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves theright, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason tobelieve has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entryprocess or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated tojeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may beaccepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of itsrights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
