The Spell x AU Warehouse Sale Competition 2023 is a promotion organized by Spell Designs Pty Ltd (ABN 68 605 908 496), where Australian residents who are 18 years old or over can enter to win a prize pack worth AUD$2400. The promotion runs from 31 March 2023 at 11.00AM (AEST) to 4 April 2023 at 11.59AM (AEST), and the winner will be chosen randomly on 4 April 2023 at 2.00PM (AEST).

Australian residents who are 18 years old or over are eligible to enter the promotion.

Entrants can enter the promotion by following the @spell Instagram account, referring and tagging a friend with their account name, and subscribing to sign up to Spell's email database using a unique email address via the provided link. Entrants must complete all three steps to receive one (1) entry. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.

The prize pack includes one (1) night at the Spell Villa “Cactus Rose” in Byron Bay for two guests, two (2) $300 Spell gift vouchers to be used at the Spell Warehouse Sale in Byron Bay, entry for the winner and one (1) friend to VIP Early Access of the Spell Warehouse Sale, and two (2) economy domestic flights to and from the nearest capital city to Ballina airport or Gold Coast airport. The total prize pack is worth AUD$2400. The winner will be notified in writing via email, and if the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours of the email being sent, a second eligible entry will be chosen.

Entrants must agree to the terms and conditions of the promotion, which include providing personal information, following the instructions for entry, and releasing Spell from any liability. The promotion is not associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any ticket agent, and the winner is responsible for any tax implications that may arise from accepting the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, vary, or amend the Promotion as necessary.
