Eligible entrants Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in all eligible states/territories
who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older.
Details of prizes Prize means one holiday package supplied by third party providers, up to the value of
$7,650. This includes:
• 2x economy class return flight tickets from the winning Entrant’s closest capital
city to and from Darwin Airport;
• A Travel Gateway voucher to the value of $5,000 which the winning Entrant
may use to purchase tours, experiences and accommodations in the Top End.
• A Darwin Festival voucher to the value of $1,000 which the winning Entrant
may use to purchase event tickets and merchandising for Darwin Festival
2023.
• One Best Friends of the Festival membership and the corresponding benefits
for Darwin Festival 2023 to the value of $150

Winner must be over 18 years of age and is eligible to take one person over 18 years of
age with them.
Flight tickets are subject to availability and must be booked by 28 February 2023 to
ensure best availability. Airline will be selected based on availability and costs. The
return tickets cannot exceed a value of $1,500 (inc GST).
The Travel Gateway Voucher must be spent on tourism experiences and
accommodation across the Northern Territory and Kimberley. The Travel Gateway
Voucher is redeemable on travelgateway.com.au only and may be subject to its own
terms and expiry date. No part of the Travel Gateway Voucher is redeemable for cash
and no change will be given. Following a transaction, any remaining value of the Travel
Gateway Voucher can only be used (in whole or in part) against further Travel Gateway
transactions. Specific bookings are subject to availability.
All travel arrangements including booking and confirmations are subject to availability
and will be undertaken by Lisa Malnar. Any changes of flights by passenger will occur a
cost not covered by Travel Gateway or Lisa Malnar.
Darwin Festival event bookings to be made by 30 June 2023 to ensure best availability.
Tickets and bookings non-transferable, non-reroutable, non-refundable, nonredeemable in cash, non-frequent flyer point mileage accruable and subject to seat
availability.
Winners agree to being photographed, filmed while in the Northern Territory for Travel
Gateway and Darwin Festival marketing and promotion purposes for a 24-month
period.
The winning entrant may extend their trip at their own cost.
The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Refer to the
National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines

recommended safe drinking levels.
