Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over and who fulfill all the entry requirements set out herein (“Eligible Entrant”). PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotion commences at 9.01am on Wednesday 18th June 2015 (AEST) and concludes at 11.59pm on Sunday 2th August 2015 (AEST) (“Promotion Period”). The prize draw will take place at 10:00am (AEST) on Monday 3rd August 2015 at RFG (Australia) Head Office 1 Olympic Circuit, Southport Qld 4215. The first Eligible Entrant drawn will win the major prize as outlined in condition 8. The winner will be notified by telephone and announced on the Promoter’s Facebook page within 2 business days of the draw. All reasonable steps to notify the winner of the results of the draw will be taken by the Promoter. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, an Eligible Entrant must: (a) purchase any large Pizza Capers pizza; (b) Visit the Promoter's Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/PizzaCapers (Pizza Capers Facebook Page) and become a fan of the Page by clicking the ‘like’ button (if not already a fan of the Page); (c) Follow the link to the Facebook Enter & Win competitions page (d) Submit their first name, last name, email address phone number and date of birth; City, State (e) "tick" the box agreeing that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions; and (f) "tick" the box consenting to the use of their personal information for future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes by the Promoter; and (g) share on your personal Facebook wall. Entrants may only enter once per order. Entrants acknowledge that their responses will be viewable by the public.
