Win a trip for 2 to Fiji! - PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotion will be open from 9:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Monday 1st September 2014 until 5:00 pm AEST on Friday 17th October 2014 (the ‘Promotion Period’). WHO CAN ENTER? Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding: (a)management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, the Participating Outlets and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes); (b)persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and (c)persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter, (Eligible Entrants). The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion. HOW TO ENTER: To enter and be eligible to win a Weekly Prize, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) Complete a Inner Awesome Entry Form (the ‘Entry Form’) (providing all details required, including their full name, phone number and email) located online at www.hypoxi.com.au/innerawesome (b)Confirm that they agree to the official terms of the competition by checking the box that appears on the Entry Form; (c) Purchase any number of HYPOXI sessions; and (d) Respond via social media to one or more of the weekly Rediscover Your Inner Awesome challenges that the Promoter posts via Instagram or Facebook prior to 9:00am AEST on the Monday after the challenge is released by directly responding to the Promoter’s post, tagging HYPOXI in a response or using the hashtag specified by the Promoter. To enter and be eligible to win the Major Prize, Eligible Entrants must comply with clauses 5 (a), (b) and (c) above and must also respond to the question “How has HYPOXI helped you rediscover your inner awesome?” by directly responding to the Promoter’s post, tagging HYPOXI in a response, using the hashtag specified by the Promoter, or including a response in the space provided in the Entry Form. PRIZES: Each of the 6 Weekly Prize Winners, as determined in accordance with clause 10, will receive a prize pack valued at approximately $1,000.00 AUD and consisting of a 1 year gym membership with Goodlife Health Clubs, 6 HYPOXI sessions and a HYPOXI merchandise pack; (‘Weekly Prize’). The Major Prize winner, as determined in accordance with clause 12, will receive a holiday package for two adults at the Yasawa Island Resort and Spa in Fiji (‘Resort’) valued at approximately $10,000 and consisting of 7 nights’ accommodation for two adults at the Resort, all non-alcoholic beverages taken at the Resort and all activities undertaken at the Resort with the exception of diving, fishing and spa (the ‘Major Prize’),
