TERMS OF ENTRY
This competition (the "Promotion") is conducted by Universal Networks Australia Pty Limited ABN 24 307 013 705 of 1 Munn Reserve, Millers Point, NSW 2000 (the "Promoter").
Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are the winner.
All entry instructions and Prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged eighteen (18) years or over. The Promoter reserves the right to request any Entrant to provide documentary evidence confirming his/her age. Employees of Universal Sony, The Promoter, Insight Vacations, their associated companies and agents, and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
The Promotion commences at 09:00 (EST) on Thursday 7th July 2016, and ends at 12:00 (EST) on Saturday 23th July 2016.
The Promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining a winner.
Entrance to the Promotion is via the competition website mybiggreekholiday.com.au and requires Entrants to answer the following "Competition Question": - "In 25 words or less, tell us what you love most about your family." Name and email address are also required at the point of entry in order to contact the winner. Physical entries will not be accepted.
The Competition Question answers will be judged on fifty percent (50% written creativity and fifty percent (50%) written expression.
The one (1) answer to the Competition Question which is deemed to be both the most creative and most articulate of all valid entries received, as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion, will be determined as a winner of a Prize available in the Promotion.
Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
An Entrant's entry must not be, without limitation: a) Late; b) Delayed; c) Incomplete; d) Incomprehensible; e) Unlawful; f) Obscene; g) Defamatory; h) Libellous; i) Threatening; j) Pornographic; k) Harassing; l) Hateful; m) Racially or ethnically offensive; n) Capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence; o) Capable of violating any law; and/or p) Capable of giving rise to civil liability.
There is no limit on entries per Entrant but each Entrant, if deemed a winner, may only be awarded one (1) Prize.
PRIZE: One major Prize to be awarded to one person for them and one other person also aged eighteen (18) or over. Prize to include:
Return economy airfares for two (2) adults from winner's nearest Australian capital city (Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney to Athens Airport;
Return airport /hotel transfers; and
Insight Vacations' seven (7) day ‘Glories of Greece' tour for two (2) based on twin share accommodation.
Total tour value = AUD$5,150 (incl. GST). All prices stated are in Australian Dollars, represent the recommended retail price ("RRP"), include GST and are subject to change. Flight value up to AUD$6,358.
Twenty (20) copies of "My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2" on DVD shall serve as Runner-Up Prizes. (RRP AUD $39.95 each).
