Each Prize consists of a) 2 Qantas Return Premium Economy Class air tickets, including taxes and charges from any city in Australia that Qantas flies directly to Hong Kong. Both travellers must be Australian residents. Bookings must be made and ticketed by Qantas and are valid on Qantas operated services only. b) Accommodation for 2 people staying 4 nights at either the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong in twin share Premier Harbour View Room (2 adults twin share) with daily buffet breakfast for 2 persons or the Hotel Indigo Hong Kong Island in twin share (2 adults twin share)with daily buffet breakfast for 2 persons. c) Return airport transfers by Airport Express Link from Hong Kong International Airport to downtown for 2 people. The prize does not include travel insurance, passports, spending money, visas, meals, ground transportation- other than Airport Express Link train transfers to downtown as specified herein, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner. The prize must be booked and ticketed on or before 1st November 2014 and must be flown between 9 May -9 November 2014 and is subject to availability at time of booking. The prize is not valid for travel during Australian school holidays and the winner will not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person. No changes are permitted to travel arrangements once tickets are issued. If the prize is not utilised as stated it will be forfeited. Qantas Airways Limited, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Qantas will not be liable for any taxation, including FBT that may be levied as a result of winning. The maximum total prize value of each Prize is approximately AUD$$7,850.00, depending on the city of departure and allocated hotel.
