WHO CAN ENTER?

An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who is:
a. Not an employee, officer, servant or contractor of the Promoter or any organisation
associated with the Competition or provision of the gift/prize, or their related corporate bodies
or associates or any of their agencies involved with the Competition;
b. Not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such
an employee or other person as described in clause 4(a) above;
c. A permanent resident of Australia; and
d. Aged 18 years or over.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition commences at 1.00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on Thursday, 28 January 2016 and closes at 11.59 pm AEST on Tuesday, 1 March 2016
(“Competition Period”).
HOW TO ENTERL:
An Eligible Entrant can only enter the Competition by complying with each of the following
requirements of one of the following entry process (“Entry Process”):
a. Navigate to The Magic Sakura Application
b. Click the [START] button on the page
c. Give permission for the App to access the individuals’ required Facebook information
d. Complete the initial steps to initiate the commencement of the game;
(i) Read the fictional back story of The Magic Sakura click [NEXT]
(ii) Complete the fictional back story of The Magic Sakura click [NEXT]
(iii) Choose the fictional location where the individual wishes to plant their Magic
Sakura by clicking the [SELECT] button on their preferred location. Each
location will contain a differing level of difficulty for the individuals’ Magic
Sakura tree growth. The location selected and level of difficulty has no
influence in the individuals’ ability to enter the Competition.
(iv) Commence playing the game and ‘growing’ their own Magic Sakura, tending
to the tree with water and food to enhance the tree’s growth (“Eligible
Entrant”).

h. Give permission for the App to access the individuals’ required Facebook information
i. Commence playing the game and ‘growing’ their own Magic Sakura, tending to the
tree with water and food to enhance the tree’s growth (“Eligible Entrant”).
PRIZE:
Only one Eligible Claimant of the Holiday Giveaway Gift will receive the prize package valued at
$4,660 RRP. There is one (1) prize package and all inclusions are valued at $4,660 AUD, as at
27 January 2016.
a. Two (2) return economy class tickets on All Nippon Airways (ANA), between Sydney
to Tokyo (Haneda), valued at approx. $1,860 AUD (including taxes).
b. Six (6) nights accommodation in a 3.5 to 4 star hotel provided by H.I.S Australia,
valued at $2,100 AUD.
c. Two (2) Japan Rail Passes, valued at $700 AUD.
