Competition commences on 04/04/2014 AEST. Entries close 5pm on 01/05/2014 AEST. The judging will take place at McHugh Media Australia Pty Ltd, 102/4-14 Buckingham Street Surry Hills NSW 2010 on 12/05/2014 by 4pm AEST. Winners will be notified by email. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter has a Fusion Fitness holiday for 2 to Kamalaya Koh Samui with Health and Fitness Travel, valued at AU$10,000.Prize including airfares and ground arrangements are subject to availability and are not valid during Australian School or Public Holiday or other peak periods as specified by the prize supplier. Prize is valid until and including the 19th December 2014, subject to availability. All booking requests and other communications are to be processed through Health and Fitness Travel on 1300 551 353. Personal travel insurance is not included in the prize and is the prize winner’s responsibility to obtain suitable cover. Prize winners must have valid passports and necessary visas for travel. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, refund or any other holiday. The prize winner must be part of the booking and cancelling the booking negates the prize.
