Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who, in the event they are drawn and in order to be declared a winner are able to travel to and remain in Los Angeles, USA for five (5) nights, at any time as determined by the Promoter, during the period 1/8/2015 to 1/8/2016 (inclusive) in order to participate in the Jim Beam Trip To LA Prize as set out in Conditions 17 to 18 (Entrants).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion starts at 12:01am (AEDT) on 1/06/2015 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 28/06/2015 (Promotional Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. purchase from a participating store any one (1) Jim Beam product in one transaction (each, an Eligible Purchase) to receive a promotional card from sales staff at time of purchase containing a promotional code located on the card (Promotional Code) and retain the Eligible Purchase’s purchase receipt (Purchase Receipt); and
b. submit an Entry via either:
i. SMS: sending an SMS in the required format to 19 722 733. Maximum SMS cost is $0.55 (including GST) per message sent. ii. Internet: logging on to www.JimBeamPromos.com.au/Mila (Promotional Website) and follow the prompts on the Promotional Website in the manner required to submit an Entry. (together, an Entry)
Multiple Entries are permitted, however each entry must be based on a separate Eligible Purchase, must be submitted separately and must independently comply with these Conditions of Entry.
PRIZE:
The first three (3) eligible entries randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will each win one (1) Trip To LA to meet Mila Kunis for the winner and one companion (aged 18 years and older) to Los Angeles, USA for five (5) nights at any time, as determined by the Promoter in their sole discretion, during the period 1/8/2015 to 1/8/2016 (inclusive), valued at up to $18,000 each (each, a Jim Beam Trip To LA Prize). Each Jim Beam Trip To LA Prize comprises of the following components:
a. two (2) adult return economy airfare to Los Angeles, USA (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges) from the Australian capital city closest to the ordinary residential address of the winner;
b. five (5) nights minimum four (4) star accommodation in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, USA;
c. a private meet and greet with Mila Kunis and Fred Noe in Hollywood, Los Angeles;
d. transfers to and from the destination airport and the destination accommodation;
e. private guided VIP group tour of Hollywood, Los Angeles, for the winner and their companion (if any);
f. one (1) “Go LA Card” for the winner only, to gain access for up to forty (40) tourist attractions in Los Angeles;
g. two (2) VIP Bar Passes, to gain access to selected iconic bars in Los Angeles;
h. USD$600.00 spending money for the winner only; and
i. travel insurance for the winner and their companion (if any).
