Competition: Terms & Conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY.
To be eligible to win the prize you must have purchased an AMERICAN CREW HOLIDAY PACK from an authorized AUSTRALIAN AMERICAN CREW SALON stockiest and be able to provide proof of the retail purchase of that AMERICAN CREW HOLIDAY PACK. Only one entry is permitted per HOLIDAY PACK purchase. We do not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or submissions. All entries will become our property upon submission through our website and will be freely available for American Crew to publish/distribute in the upcoming AMERICAN CREW NEWS, or in other mediums as determined by AMERICAN CREW. If required, the winner must be able to provide AMERICAN CREW with the receipt of purchase.
The AMERICAN CREW “WIN A TRIP FOR 2 TO LAS VEGAS” competition is open to all, excluding any employees or contractors, or their families or partners, of AMERICAN CREW. These people are specifically excluded from being eligible. By entering the competition, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of AMERICAN CREW and/or the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
2. DISCLAIMER.
AMERICAN CREW and any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for: a. any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; b. telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures in connection with this Contest; c. any Contest disruptions such as injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of AMERICAN CREW; or d. any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest, for reasons beyond AMERICAN CREW’s control. This limitation may not be enforceable in all jurisdictions and therefore may not apply to all Eligible Participants.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD.
For Australian residents the contest starts on October 1st, 2015 at 12:01 AM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) (the "Commencement Date"), and ends on December 31st, 2015 at 11:59 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) (the "Deadline") (and collectively, the "Contest Period").
4. HOW TO ENTER.
To enter, go to www.americancrewlasvegas.com or www.americancrewlasvegas.com.au and tell us in 25 words or less “WHAT AMERICAN CREW PRODUCT WILL TAKE YOU TO LAS VEGAS AND WHY”. Users must provide upon request proof of retail purchase of the AMERICAN CREW HOLIDAY PACK. Entries are limited to one per person for each HOLIDAY PACK purchase. All entrants must read and agree to the ‘Terms & Conditions’ as part of the competition entry process.
5. VOTING / SELECTION OF WINNER
Judges voting; the entries will be judged by American Crew, or his nominee, and winners will be selected. Selection will be based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, originality, creativity, appropriateness and style. There will be a total of 1 prize available for Australian residents.
6. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION.
Entry into the Competition requires you to enter your name, e-mail address, state, mobile number, state, receipt number, salon name, stylist name, and 25 words or less as to “WHAT AMERICAN CREW PRODUCT WILL TAKE YOU TO LAS VEGAS AND WHY”. By entering the Competition, you consent to AMERICAN CREW’s use of this information, as well as your name and biographical information in connection with the Competition as well as for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes in connection with the Competition, in any and all media now or hereinafter invented, throughout the world in perpetuity. You are informed that the personal data collected in connection with the Competition will be collected by the AMERICAN CREW’s servers and computer systems which are based in Australia, and such collection will therefore be subject to applicable Australian laws, including Australian privacy laws. You may also withdraw your personal data upon request, however you will be disqualified as an entrant in the Competition if you withdraw your personal data prior to the determination and fulfillment of the prizes.
7. CONDITIONS FOR PRIZE.
Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned or redeemed for cash, but AMERICAN CREW reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion of a prize) with one of equal value should that prize (or portion) become unavailable for any reason. If any winner cannot or does not accept a prize as stated, that prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. All income and other taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winners. There will be 1 winner from the general public – those of whom have purchased a AMERICAN CREW HOLIDAY PACK and completed the requirements for entry as listed above. The salon stylist who sells the HOLIDAY PACK to the winning entry will also receive a prize.
Consumer Prize details: Flights for 2 to LAS VEGAS for any Australian capital city in tourist class, and 3 night’s accommodation twin share at the Bellagio 5 star hotel. Breakfast included.
Salon Stylist Prize details: Flights for 2 to LAS VEGAS for any Australian capital city in tourist class, and 3 night’s accommodation twin share at the Bellagio 5 star hotel. Breakfast included.
Flights need to be booked a minimum of 4 weeks in advance and taken between 1st of February 2016 - 31st of July 2016 if this is not done you will forfeit your prize.
8. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER.
The winners will also be notified by email on the 31st of January 2016. Prize collection details will be disclosed within the letter to the winner.
9. COPYRIGHT.
The user warrants that any material supplied by them for this competition is free of any legal claim and indemnifies Beautyge S.R.L. and its subsidiaries against same. AMERICAN CREW may at its own discretion remove any material from the website or distribution at any time.
