To be eligible to enter the Promotion, eligible individuals must take an original flatlay photograph of their fashion style. For the avoidance of doubt, a flatlay consists of clothing articles, accessories and props arranged on a flat surface (not worn on a person) to demonstrate an individual’s depiction of a fashion look or trend. On selected days during the Promotional Period (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion), eligible individuals can visit a participating Westfield Shopping Centre and attend a promotional “flatlay studio” or equivalent and use the items on display at the studio to create a flatlay photograph with the assistance of promotional representatives at the studio.
To enter, eligible individuals must then, during the General Promotion Period (or Pre-Promote Entry Period, if eligible), either:
(a) visit www.westfield.com.au/flatlay (“Website”), follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, valid email address, suburb and State or Territory of residence, upload their original photograph with a description of their photograph and submit the fully completed entry form. Uploaded files must be submitted in .JPEG or .GIF format, must be at least 400 pixels (wide) x 400 pixels (high) and must not exceed two (2) MB file size. It is a condition of entering the Promotion via the Website that entrants agree for their personal information to be added to the Westfield database and to be used in accordance with the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions; OR
(b) upload their photograph via Facebook, with the post containing a caption describing their photograph, the hashtag #flatlaythenation and a hashtag of their suburb of residence; OR
(c) upload their photograph via Instagram, with the post containing a caption describing their photograph, the hashtag #flatlaythenation and a hashtag of their suburb of residence. Entrants must act in accordance with Instagram’s requirements and terms of use at all
times, which can be viewed here: http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/.
LIMITS ON ENTRY
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be substantially unique; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
DAILY SPOT PRIZES
The best valid entry received on each Promotional Day, as determined by the judges, will each win Westfield Gift Cards to the value of $500.
MAJOR PRIZE
The best valid Finalist, as determined by the judges, will win the Major Prize of a trip for two (2) people to London, England valued at up to AU$15,000 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:
- Two (2) x return economy airfares from Major Prize winner's nearest capital city to London, England;
- Return transfers between airport and accommodation;
- Five (5) nights twin share 4 star accommodation; and
- A Westfield Gift Cards to the value of AU$2,000 to be redeemed
