Shingle Inn Mid Year Promotion 2017 – Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry to the competition commences 7am 24th May 2017, and finishes 5pm AEST 4th July 2017.
3. Entry is open to everyone 18 years of age or older. Employees of Shingle Inn Franchising Pty Ltd (The Promoter) are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter the competition customers must be registered members of the InnerCircle VIP loyalty program, which is free to enter and can be joined at any time by picking up a card from any Shingle Inn caf� and going online to shingleinn.com and entering card details and customers details. Existing InnerCircle members do not need to re-register to participate in this promotion.
5. Once you are a registered member of the InnerCircle VIP program, purchase any 5 selected hot beverages at any Shingle Inn cafe. Select beverages include tea, coffee, hot chocolate, chai latte. The InnerCircle VIP membercard will be used to record customer purchases. Once 5 of the select beverages have been purchased, an entry will be recorded in the database and the customer will receive an email notification that they have been entered into the draw.
6. Multiple entries are permitted. Customers can enter as many times as they like during the promotional period using the above method.
7. There will be one major prize winner.
8. The winning entry will be drawn at Shingle Inn’s Franchising Office, Suite 4, 23 Breene Place, Morningside QLD 4170 at 11am AEST 14th July 2017.
9. The first valid entry drawn will receive a trip for 2 to New Caledonia includes 3 nights’ accommodation in an one bedroom ocean view apartment at Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences including buffet breakfast for two people and 2 nights’ accommodation in an overwater bungalow at Escapade Island Resort including return boat transfers and buffet breakfast for two people. The prize includes 2 x return economy class flights from the winner’s nearest capital city. Trip must be taken by 30th April 2018 (excludes public holidays, some blackout dates may exist and prize is subject to availability at time of reservation. Prize is non transferrable or redeemable for cash.
10. Prize Value up to approx $8000.
11. Winner will be notified by telephone and email. The winner will also be published on the Shingle Inn website on 17th July 2017.
12. In the case of a winner being unreachable or not claiming their prize, Shingle Inn reserves the right to redraw the winners 3 months after the first draw date. The redraw will take place at 11am AEST on 16th October 2017 at Shingle Inn’s Franchising Office, Suite 4, 23 Breene Place, Morningside QLD 4170. The redraw winner will be notified by telephone and email. The winner will also be published on the Shingle Inn website on 23rd October 2017.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
14. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.
15. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
16. The personal information supplied to the Promoter for the purpose of entering this competition may be used for future marketing and publicity purposes, and this information may be disclosed to organisations to which we outsource our mailing functions. The personal information may also be disclosed to third parties to determine whether an entrant has breached these terms and conditions. You consent to us so using and disclosing your personal information. Please contact us if you do not wish us to use your personal information for these purposes, or if you wish to access, correct or update the information.
