Entrants and their companions must be at least 25 years of age, or older. Entrants must be able to take the Major Prize between July 1, 2015 – July 1, 2016. Entrants who are unable to take the Major Prize between the above mentioned dates may forfeit the Major Prize. Entrants must be able to receive a call from the representatives of the Promoter (via telephone) between 9.00am – 12.00pm (ADST) on Thursday 15 January, 2015, and between 8.00am – 10.00am (ADST) on Monday 19 January, 2015. Entrants who are unable to take a phone call on the above outlined dates and times may be deemed ineligible to win. Entrants and their companion must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate an entrant’s entry and select another entrant to be deemed the winner in the event that the Entrant or their nominated companion is not a holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date. Entrants must be the holder of a current driver’s licence. The Major Prize winner and their companion is responsible for any visa requirements associated with the Major Prize. In the event that the winner or their nominated companion is unable to obtain appropriate visas, then the Promoter takes no responsibility for the winner’s inability to take the Major Prize. The Major Prize winner and their companion must register online for ESTA immigration at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. A registration fee of fourteen US dollars each is required and must be paid by the Major Prize winner & their companion on credit or debit card. Each Major Prize winner should consult their doctor and the Department of Foreign Affairs (www.smarttraveller.com.au) for any warnings and/or official government travel information. The Promoter may require entrant/s and their nominated companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their nominated companion be are unable to satisfy this requirement the entrant may forfeit the Major Prize (if applicable). If requested by the Promoter, entrants and their proposed companion must sign an indemnity in order to be eligible to win/or participate in the Major Prize.
