Win a trip for 2 to San Francisco with Star Trek: Into Darkness! - Entry is open to all residents of Australia 18 years of age or older who hold a St.George/BankSA/Bank of Melbourne account with a linked Visa Debit Card (each a "Visa Debit Card"), and who make a transaction in accordance with clauses 6 to 8, during the Promotion Period ("an Eligible Entrant"). Employees and contractors of the Westpac Group and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. In the event that an Account with the Promoter is held in joint names, the Eligible Entrant will be the person first named on that Account.
To enter this Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period, use their Visa Debit Card in a contactless transaction to make one or more eligible purchases of products or services ("Entry"). No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected Entries.

Package is based on 2 people sharing a room. Winner may be required to produce a credit card upon check in to the hotel. First Prize management and travel fulfilment will be handled by Performance Entertainment (the "Organiser"). All inclusions in the Prize are subject to availability at time of booking. First Prize excludes public holidays/school holiday periods and any major events and must be taken within 12 months from the date of the Draw. Changes and cancellations to a booking may be subject to fees payable by the winner. Unless otherwise specified, spending money, meals, passports, visas, vaccinations, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included in the Prize. Flights are based on departures from the Winner's nearest Australian capital city. It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passengers that may affect their ability to travel. The Organiser does not accept any responsibility if any passenger cannot travel because of non-compliance with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after the return date. It is the responsibility of the passengers to hold their own medical insurance. Force Majeure: The Promoter and the Organiser accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes or cancellation caused by "force majeure" events, i.e. circumstances outside their control, including but not limited by war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions. The Promoter or any third party agencies involved are not liable for any injury sustained during the trip or associated activities.
