Participation is open to persons aged at least 18 and over who must be a legal resident of Australia, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait or the United Arab Emirates upon entry. Full address verification and proof of identity may be requested. Employees, officers and directors of VisitScotland or Qatar Airways and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of the prize draw materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter. HOW TO ENTER: Log onto www.qatarairways.com/scotland (referred to herein as "website") and follow the directions to enter between 0900 Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT") on 10 November 2014 and 0000 GMT on 31 March 2015. All entries must be received on or before the Draw Date. You must include on the entry form your complete name and email address. All entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the entry will be declared made by the authorised account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorised Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organisation (eg business, educational, institution etc) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
