The Competition is open to entrants who are permanent residents Australia and are 18 years of age or over ('eligible entrant').
How to Enter
This Competition is a game of chance.
To enter the Competition, an eligible entrant must, within the Competition Period, log on to www.coachellagiveaway.com.au, complete the entry form and submit their entry.
An entry must not be late, incomplete, incomprehensible, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, capable of violating any law and/or capable of giving rise to civil liability.
There is a limit of one entry per participant to enter the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant if the Promoter, in its reasonable opinion, believes the entrant has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Competition Period
The Competition commences on 14 March 2014 at 12:01am AEDT and closes 2 April 2014 11:59pm AEDT (the "Competition Period") and only entries received by or on behalf of the Promoter during the Competition Period will be accepted into the Competition.
Prize
The first eligible entry drawn will receive the following prize: A trip for two (2) adults to the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in California, United States on 18th - 20th April 2014, valued at up to $9,350 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes: 2 x return economy airfares from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Los Angeles, U.S.A. including local and airport transfers (flight associated taxes are included); Two (2) VIP entry tickets to Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival; Four (4) nights twin share accommodation at the Renaissance Esmeralda Indian Wells Resort & Spa.
The second and third eligible entries drawn in the draw will receive the following prize: One (1) 6 month Spotify Premium subscription valued at $77.
Total maximum value of all prizes is $9,504.
