Win a trip for 2 to the Dominican Republic! - WHO CAN ENTER?
Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Starts at 09:00 hours AEST on Wednesday 4th January 2017 and ends at 12:00 hours AEST on Friday 27th January 2017.
HOW TO ENTER:
1. (a) must be following Pedestrian.tv on Instagram;
(b) upload image/video of mini stunt and @pedestriantv ; and
(c) use the hashtag #PTVxXxstuntz
PRIZE:
(a) for two to the Dominican Republic including economy flights for two
adults to Cabarate, Dominican Republic from winner’s capital (flight costs listed
in overall package costs overleaf);
(b) 8 nights 4* accommodation in Cabarete and airport transfers
(c) Half day scenic dirt bike adventure, 4,500ft zip line adventure
through the jungle, half day 4X4 back road excursion, fly boarding
session;
(d) Activity transfers and travel insurance covering all listed activities
(travel insurance will be supplied to each winner and their
companion before departure with no pre-existing medical conditions.
Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and
conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the
Winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating
to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition
and/or for any additional costs as may be specified where the
Winner and/or their companion are aged 65 and over.
(e) Prize-winner communications with Octopi in their native language,
Octopi management and coordination.
(f) Dates of travel must occur between 31st January 2017 and 31st
January 2018. All arrangements must be made via Promoter’s
designated fulfilment partner, Octopi Promotions Limited (“Octopi”), and
bookings made independently will not be refunded. Winners must give 3
months’ notice of desired dates of travel, which are subject to availability.
Blackout dates (when travel cannot be taken) are from April 7th -22nd
2017, the months of July 2017 and August 2017 and 15th December 2017
– 10th January 2018.
(g) Flights:
Economy return flights for two adults from the winner’s capital
city to Cabarete, Dominican Republic.
i.Flights may be indirect and no stopovers or extensions to the trip are
permitted.
ii. Winner and guest must travel at the same time and depart from
the same capital city.
iii. Winner and guest must organise their own visas for this trip and
any visa or passport charges are their responsibility. The
Promoter and Octopi cannot be held responsible for the prizewinner
being unable to participate in the prize due to visa
restrictions.
i. Accommodation:
i. 1 queen/double guestroom to share for 8 nights in a 4*
Cabarete hotel, including breakfast.
ii. Hotel accommodations do not include incidentals, gratuities,
telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred
during the trip, which will be the responsibility of the
winner.
iii. Winners must possess a credit card in order to check in.
EXCLUSIONS:
3. (a) Visas for the Dominican Republic
(b) Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included
in the prize package is excluded. In particular (but without limitation),
the prize does not include: expenses, spending monies, meals other
than as stated and transfer costs other than those stated.
OTHER:
4. (a) A valid entry needs to adhere to local and federal Australian laws and
regulations, and restrictions with the safety of entrants and the general public in
mind at all times; and otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions.
(b) Any entries which contain content that is unlawful, fraudulent,
breaches intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights,
defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate,
violent, indecent, profane, abusive, harassing, threatening, and/or
objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender will be
removed by the Promoter and will be deemed invalid. The promoter
does not take any responsibility for any damage and/or injuries that
may occur to participant/s of this competition and/or property as a result
of creating an entry for this promotion.
5. By submitting their entries, entrants hereby grant the Promoter an
irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable and
transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute and display the entries for the
purpose of promoting this competition and/or the Promoter in all media now
known or later devised, in perpetuity.
6. The Promoter may sub-license to Paramount Pictures Corporation, its
licensors and affiliated companies the right to use the content of entries in any
and all media now known or later devised, in perpetuity.
7. By submitting their entries, entrants unconditionally and irrevocably consent
to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any of their moral rights in
their entries recognised anywhere in the world.
