WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues/outlets associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, eligible entrants must, between the Start Time and End Time for each Destination as set out in Schedule 1 (Entry Period):

take a photo of the relevant Destination, with the 2015 Emirates Melbourne Cup trophy clearly visible; and
upload the photo using their own valid personal Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account by:
in the case of Facebook:
(A) via the Promotion app at www.facebook.com/flemingtonracecourse, completing all personal details requested, including first name, last name, email, phone number, date of birth and state, or
(B) uploading the photo using the hashtags #PeoplesCup and #EmiratesMelbourneCup in the caption to the post; or
in the case of Instagram and Twitter, including the hashtags #PeoplesCup and #EmiratesMelbourneCup in the caption, to enable the Promoter to identify the relevant entries.
PRIZE:
Major prize consists of:
(a) two (2) return economy flights with the airline of the Promoter’s choice from the capital city nearest to the winner to Melbourne departing on 03.11.2015 and returning 05.11.2015;
(b) two (2) nights’ twin share accommodation for 2 adults at the 5 star Sofitel Melbourne on Collins at 25 Collins Place, Melbourne 3000; and
(c) two (2) tickets for the Home Straight Enclosure on Emirates Melbourne Cup Day 2015 at Flemington Racecourse, together with participation in the Emirates Melbourne Cup Parade, supplied by Victoria Racing Club and valid from 04/11/2015 to 04/11/2015.
