The competition commences on Wednesday, 7 August 2013 at 12:00am (AESDT) and concludes on Sunday, 22 September 2013 at 11:55pm (AESDT) (“the Competition Period”).
To enter the competition, readers must visit Carsguide.com.au during the competition period, locate the competition button on the home page, and enter all details as directed within the competition page.
Entrants (including winners) in the competition may only enter once.
The time of entry will, in each case, be the time of entry recorded by News Digital Media servers.
The Promoter, its agents, affiliates or representatives and the MLB Entities will not be liable for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
PRIZES
One (1) winner will each receive:
- Return economy class airfares for the prize winner and one companion, from the capital city nearest to the prize winner’s place of residence to the Host City (via Sydney) for Games 3, 4 and (if required) 5 of the 2013 MLB World Series Championship (Games) in the United States of America, departing on Thursday, October 24, 2013 and returning on Saturday, Nov 2 - valued at a maximum of $6,000;
- Return airport/hotel transfers and hotel/Games transfers - valued at a maximum of $500;
- Seven nights’ accommodation in a four star hotel in the Host City from 24 October 2013 to 30 October 2013 - valued at a maximum of $1,850
- Two Upper Deck tickets for the winner and his/her guest to attend the Games, valued at a maximum of $800;
- Two ABL merchandise packs (each consisting of one cap, baseball and water bottle and two t-shirts) - valued at $450 in total.
- Exclusive opportunities pre-game including field access, meet and greet with players.
- The maximum total prize value is $9,600 (excluding GST).
