The grand prize for a randomly selected winner and three companions of his/her choice (companions also must be at least 18 years of age and over the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence and must also agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined here) is a trip to South By 2014 from March 7, 2014 to March 11, 2014 including round-trip airfare from anywhere in North America, Europe, Asia, or Australia to Austin, TX for the winner and three guests from an airport nearest the winner's home residence in North America, Europe, Asia, or Australia as determined by General Assembly ($2,500); accommodations at a private house with entrepreneurs, investors, and a pool ($1,000); Coffee meetings with tech industry experts ($30); VIP access to the second annual House Party on 3/8, hosted by General Assembly & Splash ($70); $1,000 Uber credit to ride in style around the city ($1,000). The aggregate retail value of General Assembly's portion of the prize(s) is approximately $4,600. The Sponsor will work with the winner to arrange accommodations, flight and other arrangements. No substitution, assignment or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who has the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value.
