Win a trip for 4 to the Kennedy Space Centre in Orlando, Florida! - WHO CAN ENTER?
An Entrant is eligible to win the Prize if they:
a) are a permanent resident of Australia; and
b) are either:
Foxtel Management Pty Ltd
i. a Foxtel or Foxtel Play subscriber, or live in a household with a Foxtel
or Foxtel Play subscription and have the subscriber‟s permission to
enter the Promotion, and the subscription account is not in arrears from
the Commencement Date until the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date; or
ii. are employed by a Foxtel Business subscriber and have the
subscriber‟s permission to enter the Promotion, and the subscription
account is not in arrears from the Commencement Date until the
Unclaimed Prize Draw Date; and
c) are over the age of 15. Entrants under the age of 18 must have a parent or
guardian‟s permission to enter this Promotion on these terms and conditions,
and must have obtained the subscriber‟s consent to rent the movie and;
d) are not employees of:
i. the Promoter;
ii. the Supplier;
iii. any corporations or agencies related to the entities in paragraphs (i)
and (ii) above; or
iv. any of the Relevant Parties; or
e) are not a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or
by marriage or adoption) of a person who is an employee of any of the
entities listed in paragraph (d) above.
9. Entry to the Promotion commences on the Commencement Date and closes on the Closing Date.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
a) “Closing Date” means 23:59hrs on Wednesday 16 November, 2016.
b) “Commencement Date” means 09:00hrs on Wednesday 2 November, 2016
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion, an Entrant must rent the movie „Star Trek: Beyond‟ on
Foxtel Store during the Promotion Period. The applicable rental costs are $5.95
for SD or $6.95 for HD.
PRIZE:
The Prize is a trip to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Orlando,
Florida and includes:
a) return adult economy airfares for the Winner and three (3) guests from the
Winner‟s nearest Australian capital city, being either: Adelaide, Brisbane,
Melbourne, Perth or Sydney, to Orlando International Airport, Florida, USA
(the “Destination Airport”), valued at a maximum of $10,884.40; and
b) seven (7) nights‟ accommodation for the Winner and three (3) guests at a 4
star hotel, in Orlando Florida in two (2) twin/double rooms including breakfast
(the “Hotel”), valued at a maximum of $6,879.40; and
c) private return transfers for the Winner and three (3) guests between the
Destination Airport and the Hotel including meet and greet on arrival, valued
at a maximum of $311.00; and
d) four (4) tickets for Astronaut Training Experience (ATX) at the Kennedy
Space Center, including: admission to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor
Complex; Spaceflight Training Simulators; Full Scale Space Shuttle Mission
Exploration & Simulation; Astronaut Training Experience souvenir (polo shirt
& pen); signed print from an astronaut; Certificate of Astronaut Training
Experience; Access to the Journey to Mars interactive exhibit including lunch

research into sustaining life in outer space, valued at a maximum of
$1,280.00; and
e) private return transfers for the Winner and three (3) guests between the Hotel
and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, valued at a maximum of
$776.00; and
f) spending money (including secure international bank transfer) to the Winner,
valued at a maximum of $1042.00; and
g) travel insurance, valued at a maximum of $354.00; and
h) winner management including access to an out-of-hours phone number
staffed 24hours a day, 7 days a week, a comprehensive winner feedback
report, delivery of final documents to winner by email, image collation,
supplier promotional clearance & other, valued at a maximum of $185.00
