WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all terms and conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this promotion. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its retailers, suppliers and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition commences at 8:00am AEDST on 27/10/15 and closes at 5:00pm AEDST on 16/12/15 (Promotion Period). 
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase any CC’s Corn Chips 175g product from any Woolworths supermarket and visit ccswin.com.au, and fully complete the online entry form, including the product barcode number, code on the purchase receipt, purchase date and full name, address, email address, telephone number.
Limit applies of one entry per product purchased.
PRIZES:
The first 101 valid entries drawn will each receive a prize. The first valid entry drawn will receive the Major Prize ("Major Prize Winner") and the next 100 valid entries drawn will each receive a Minor Prize ("Minor Prize Winner/s"). There is 1 Major Prize and 100 Minor Prizes to be won.
(a)  The “Major Prize” consists of:
·                4 return economy flights from Major Prize Winner’s nearest capital city to Los Angeles, USA and return transfers from airport to accommodation for 4 people on  12 June 2016 and returning 17 June 2016;
·                5 nights accommodation at a 3 star hotel for 4 people on the nights on 12 to 16 June 2016;
·                $500 AUD spending money for the Major Prize Winner; and
·                4 tickets to the E3 Electronic Entertainment Expo from 14 to 16 June 2016 in Los Angeles, USA.
Total value of the Major Prize up to RRP $20,000 AUD, depending on date and point of departure.
(b)  Travel must occur on the dates set out above or as nominated by Microsoft Pty Ltd. All bookings must be made at a minimum of 90 days in advance of requested departure date. All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. The Major Prize Winner will be contacted by the Promoter to arrange travel bookings and collection of the Major Prize.
(c)  Major Prize Winner and their companions must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure.
(d)  The Major Prize Winner will be responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed, where such amendment fees are due to amendments requested by the Major Prize Winner and/or their companion.
(e)  The Promoter strongly recommends that the Major Prize Winner and their companions each obtain travel insurance, however, the cost of any such travel insurance will be the Major Prize Winner’s and their companion/s responsibility (as incurred) and will not be borne by the Promoter or Microsoft Pty Ltd.
(f)   It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize that the Major Prize Winner and their companion/s sign a legal release in a form to be supplied by the Promoter, releasing Microsoft Pty Ltd from any and all liability in connection with participation in the Major Prize.
(g)  The ”Minor Prize” consists of an Xbox One Halo bundle which includes of one of each of the following:
·                Xbox One Kinect Console RRP $599; and
·                Halo 5 limited edition game RRP $149
Total value of the Minor Prize RRP $748
Total RRP value of prizes up to = $94,800.
