Fill out the form on this page, uploading a photo of your proof of purchase – receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your submission is successful. Delverde Competition “Win A Trip for 2 to Italy” Information on How to Enter and prize information form part of these Conditions of Entry (Conditions of Entry). Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. The Entrant is responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with the Conditions of Entry at the time of participation. PROMOTION PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY The Promotion will commence MONDAY JULY 24th until Sunday 27th August (Promotion Period). Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over (Eligible Entrants) HOW TO ENTER To enter and be eligible to win, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase any two Delverde Pasta from any participating store (SEE LIST OF PARTICIPATING SYDNEY STORES), to receive the entry details required and complete their entry in accordance with these Terms (Eligible Entry). To enter and also be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants (during the Promotion Period),must complete a Web Entry by: Entry is via Internet only (a) Visiting Angeles Fine Foods Website and fully complete the form (b) Upload the image of the receipt (proof of purchase – IMAGE MUST CLEARLY SHOW THE DATE AND STORE NAME) If an Eligible Entrant submits a Web Entry Entrant will receive an on-screen notification confirming that their Web Entry is valid and has been received; The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that any entry mechanism will be available at all times. Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect Entries, or which contain offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The first WINNER with a valid Eligible Entry drawn in the Prize Draw will win a trip for 2 to, ITALY, valued at AU$6500 Prize includes: - 2X Return Air Fares Sydney – Rome - 2X 3 Nights Accommodation in Rome - Transfer to Delverde – tour and lunch - (TOTAL VALUE OF THE PRIZE $6500) Upon winning the competition the winner must travel between September 2017 – August 2018. The winner must notify Angeles Fine Foods the travel dates within 1 month of winning the competition. Angeles Fine Foods will then book the airline tickets and accommodation on behalf of the winner. If the winner decides to travel during peak period and if the value of the ticket is more than $5000, it will be the winner’s responsibility to pay the difference. The winner and his/her companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The winner and his/her companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together... Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER The Prize Draw winners will be: (a) notified by Phone and Mail on 31st August. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW If the Prize is undeliverable, a random re-draw will be conducted on that date Draw Location from all remaining Eligible Entries received in the Promotion (i.e. all those Eligible Entries that did not win the prize in the Prize Draw), subject to any directions from State and Territory Gaming Departments (Re-Draw). NOTIFICATIONS OF RE-DRAW WINNERS The Re-Draw winner, if any, will be (a) Notified by phone and mail within two (2) days of the Re- Draw; If more than one person attempts to claim the prize, the Promoter has sole and absolute discretion to determine which of those persons the winning entrant is.
