Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is a game of chance. The Promoters are Intrepid Group trading as Geckos Adventures (ABN 34 126 440 033) and Sidelife Pty Ltd trading as Herschel Supply Co (ABN 79 505 342 418).
Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The promotion commences at 12.01am on 01/04/2018 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 13/05/2018 (“Promotional Period”).

The Promoters reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoters have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoters reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The random draw will take place at Intrepid Travel of 567 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 on 17/05/2018 at 12noon AEST. The Promoters may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

Airfares must be booked in conjunction with a Geckos Adventures trip (as outlined above) and the airline will be chosen by booking agent at Geckos Adventures.
A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Geckos Adventures trip for the for prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date, please check at time of booking
Travel must be booked by 1 December 2018 for departures before 15 December 2018. All tours are subject to availability. Standard booking conditions apply as per www.geckosadventures.com/booking-terms-and-conditions . The prize is available on departures between 01 May 2018 and 15 December 2018 only and is provided on a twin share basis. No extension is available. Geckos Adventures is not responsible for prize winners who do not claim their prize by the book by date.
Any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, travel insurance, passports, vaccinations, travel visas required, any other transport required to and from departure point, single supplement and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner.
Adequate and valid travel insurance, obtained at the winner’s expense, is compulsory.
This prize cannot be used on existing bookings or in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers. The trip must be booked and confirmed at least 56 days prior to departure.

Should a prize not be claimed by a winner within three (3) months of the original draw, a further draw may be conducted to distribute any unclaimed prize/s. The redraw will be conducted on 17 August 2018 at 10.00am (AEDT) 567 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000. Winners of the redraw (if any) will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the redraw.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take/redeem the prize (or an element of the prize) then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is $8,000.
Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. This prize cannot be used on existing bookings or in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and his/her companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
