DURATION The active promotion will begin Tuesday 6th March until Friday 23rd March 2. METHOD OF ENTRY Listeners will be invited to register online at participating station websites all of whom will be placed in the draw for the major prize. 3. PRIZE One Major Prize will be awarded which includes; Return economy airfares from the winners nearest capital city to California. 2 VIP weekend tickets to the Coachella Music Festival 3 nights accommodation $1000 spending money AUD – to be electronically transferred into the winners bank account Prize contents or description may change at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters. 4. SELECTION OF WINNERS ONE winner of the major prize will be randomly drawn from all entrants at 10am on Monday 26 March at Grant Broadcasters Maroochydore office 17 Carnaby Street Maroochydore. 5. NOTIFICATION Prize winner will be contacted by phone on Monday 26th march in a phone call which will be recorded for use on air. Winners details will be published on each stations websites from Monday 26th March 2018. 6. INDEMNITY All contestants release from, and indemnify GRANT BROADCASTERS and its associated sponsors against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. 7. ENTRY CONDITIONS. Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. Promotion entrants and major prize winner consent to any photos, online submissions or voice be used in radio or print marketing at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters. Contestants must be aged over 18 years and have a valid passport. Visas, insurance and other travel costs are at the expense of the winner. Grant Broadcasters is not eligible for costs associated due to missed flights or transfers or cancellation of events. All effort will be taken to contact the selected winner with their supplied contact details. If no contact is able to made after sufficient attempts another winner may be selected. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded. Prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash and is only valid for the date of issue. 8. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS.
