Winners announced 10pm Saturday, 23rd September 2017 2017 The Australian Pearl Jewellery Design Competition “People’s Choice Award” – voter prizes Terms and Conditions The People’s Choice Award is a category within the Australian Pearl Jewellery Design Competition where the public vote for their favourite design and the design with the most votes wins cash and other prizes. By voting for your favourite jewellery design you may be eligible to win one of our prizes. The major Prize is a trip for two to Broome, Western Australia and two nights’ accommodation at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm. There are also 10 Cygnet Bay Pearl sterling silver mabe pendants to be given away. By voting in this competition you warrant that you understand the winner eligibility requirements and accept the below terms and conditions. Eligibility, Terms and Conditions Only one vote per person permitted You are over 18 years of age International voting is welcome and your vote will count in determining which jewellery piece becomes the winner. International votes are not eligible to win a prize. Prizes: Only Australian residents are eligible to win any of the below prizes Major Prize: A trip for two to Broome. Prize is a return airfare from either Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Perth or Adelaide to Broome. a. 2 nights’ accommodation at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm in a Safari tent is included and subject to availability. This also includes a continental breakfast. b. A Pearl Farm Tour is included c. No accommodation in Broome is included d. Transfer to Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm is not included e. Trip must be booked at least 60 days in advance f. You must be an Australian resident. You may be required to provide evidence to support this. g. All other associated costs of travel are born by the winner h. Travel must be completed between April 1st 2018 and September 30th 2018 i. This prize is non-transferable j. This prize cannot be converted into cash 10 x Sterling Silver Mabe Pendants from the Cygnet Bay Pearls “Bluebell” collection. Each pendant comes with a sterling silver chain. Postage to an Australian address is included. Voting Period: Voting for the people’s choice award opens on Tuesday September 5 th at 12 noon WST. Voting closes at 9am Friday September 22nd . Draw: All eligible votes will be placed in a random computer-generated draw. The first eligible vote drawn will win the Major Prize. The next 10 eligible votes drawn will win a mabe pendant. Communication: All winners will be advised by email of their win. As this is initially our only means of communication, the winner has 14 days to reply and provide a phone number to secure their prize. Should the winner not respond in this time frame, Cygnet Bay Pearls reserves the right to offer the major prize to the second drawn winner, with the same conditions on communication and acceptance.
